Lava Lake’s lamb sausage makes a delicious and simple appetizer. Prepare the lamb by grilling, broiling or sautéing on the stove-top until it is nicely browned but still barely pink inside – be sure not to overcook it!
Slice and then serve it hot with a variety of your favorite mustards or dipping sauce.
