Laura’s Lamb Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup Sauterne or other sweet white wine
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 TB grated onion
• 1 & 1/2 TB salt
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 3/4 tsp chili powder

Directions

Marinate overnight and roast or grill to desired doneness.
