Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- ½ tsp fenugreek
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup honey
- 2 star anise + 3 bay leaves ground together in spice grinder or food processor to make powder
Directions
Add all ingredients together to form a thick, sticky paste. Marinate meat for up to 5 days. Great on lamb tenderloin, chops or leg.
