Simple American Lamb Ribs

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Directions

Plan on 2-3 Lava Lake Lamb ribs per person (there are about 8 ribs in a package).

Season ribs with salt and pepper or your favorite spice rub and let stand in the refrigerator for several hours. Steam ribs for about two hours, until the meat is almost falling off the bone. Finish by cutting into individual ribs and brushing on your favorite barbeque sauce, then bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve with a fresh, crunchy salad or cole slaw and lots of napkins!
