Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander seed
- 2 tsp sumac
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 tsp fennel pollen (you can substitute fennel seeds)
- 1 Tbs harissa (plus more for the bun)
- 3 cloves garlic grated
- salt to taste
Directions
Toast cumin and coriander seeds until fragrant. Grind in a spice grinder and combine with remaining spices and garlic. Mix in ground lamb and shape ground lamb into patties.
Heat up the grill and cook ground lamb until golden brown on each side. Serve with harissa and caramelized onions.
