Honey, Orange, Dijon Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dijon mustard
  • Juice of three oranges
  • ¼ bunch rosemary, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil

Directions

This marinade works well for legs and chops. When using a leg, remove bone from and butterfly. Marinate meat for at least two hours, and then grill to desired doneness.
