Ingredients
- 2 cups Dijon mustard
- Juice of three oranges
- ¼ bunch rosemary, coarsely chopped
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
Directions
This marinade works well for legs and chops. When using a leg, remove bone from and butterfly. Marinate meat for at least two hours, and then grill to desired doneness.
