Ingredients
- 1 lb cubed lamb
- 8 ounces crimini mushrooms
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Directions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, vinegar and diced onion. Pour over lamb and refrigerate for at least four hours.
Thread lamb, onions and mushrooms on skewers. Heat up your grill and cook until lamb is done.
